Has food become a comfort versus being nutritious such as having a hard time with temptations when you receive chocolate bars or cookie baskets around the holidays? It really is hard when you experience these situations because on one hand, you do not want to offend the person who gave you these gifts but on the other hand, you know these are not healthy choices. What do you do in these situations?
My name is Anne Koken, Health and Wellness Coach and I am awfully familiar with this struggle and many more such as stress eating, eating the wrong foods, and not being conscious of what I am eating.
